An interactive and instructive experience tailored to the need of the organisation. Developing individuals through group work, giving them the confidence, knowledge and skills to address organisational issues.
Webinars
An online and interactive version of our workshop offer. Suitable for most modules with the exception of Managing Challenging Conversations.
Facilitating
Working with groups, enabling and supporting them to achieve their objectives in a way that involves and respects all contributions, building ownership and releasing the potential of the group and its members.
Quality Assurance
Providing impartial and collaborative quality assurance and enhancement. We cover most aspects of the school including, curriculum, teaching and learning, behaviour and attendance.
Peer Assessment
Analysing of a part of the school which requires improvement. Ask us any question and we will provide answers through a one day visit and constructive feedback.

Sian Williams is a creative, inspirational and talented leader, offering 24 years of career excellence in learning environments, with over 14 years of leadership experience, including executive level. She is dedicated to seeking out talent, nurturing teachers to develop their own leadership skills and good practice. Sian has built excellent retention records throughout her leadership career, recruiting high quality staff that deliver high quality teaching and learning. She is passionate about developing others into effective professionals, through enriching and inspiring conditions.
